Ksenia Aleeva, daughter of Boris Grachevsky, became a co-founder of Yeralash in two law firms. Telegram channel reports this “Zvezdach”.
According to the publication, Aleeva-Grachevskaya currently owns 12.5% of the total shares in Yeralash LLC and the same amount in Yeralash Producer Center LLC.
In January, it became known that the Yeralash production center filed a lawsuit against Boris Grachevsky’s widow Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya and her daughter Ksenia Aleeva-Grachevskaya.
According to the publication, Production Center Yeralash LLC filed two lawsuits demanding the recovery of 11 million rubles from Belotserkovskaya and Aleeva-Grachevskaya. The court hearing is scheduled for February 6 and 7, 2024.
In 2011, Grachevsky signed a loan agreement with the Yeralash production center in the amount of 10 million rubles with interest paid at an annual rate of 8.5% for a period of 10 years. He never had time in his life to pay off his debt in full. After the director passed away in 2021, the remainder of the debt was left to his heirs. However, Grachevsky’s widow and daughter did not pay for it.
