Journalist Ksenia Sobchak telegram channel He apologized to those who were offended by his image at the “naked” party hosted by blogger Nastya Ivleeva.
“Two years ago Nastya organized a very nice event in Prague. I was sure the same would happen here. But other people also came to this event, and their idea of beauty did not always coincide with mine. “When I woke up and saw the photo in the public domain, I also thought it was inappropriate to show the party to the whole world,” he said.
Sobchak added that he would not have recorded the video if Nastya Ivleeva had not recorded a video in which she apologized to the Russians about the results of her party. Later, artists Dima Bilan and Philip Kirkorov made similar statements.
“For all my love of provocation and shocking, I know this very well: firstly, you should always carefully choose the time for them (not so now), and secondly, in some moments it was not shocking, but ridiculous bad taste. Another thing is that this was not planned as a public statement,” the TV presenter noted.
He stated that he did not want to offend anyone and apologized to those who were disturbed by his appearance.
“I love my country. “I am a journalist working in Russia and I want everyone to know that I do not want to create feelings of hatred and anger towards myself or other artists because of such a stupid accident.”
The journalist emphasized that there were many different people who dressed differently and behaved differently at the event.
“It is important that it is stupid to cancel the artists who are there and talk about ideological sabotage. Making statements from stupid photographs and turning those who participate in the nonsense into criminals is vulgarity upon vulgarity.”
