According to the Telegram channel, materials on the case were sent to the Krasnogorsk city prosecutor’s office to verify the legality of the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Pavshino microdistrict. As the publication noted, the forensic examination revealed moderate damage to health – the security guard had a tear of the talofibular ligament after falling from the stage.
After an Ani Lorak concert on September 27, Kirkorov roughly pushed a security guard, causing the man to sprain his ankle. Just the other day, the security guard turned to lawyer Sergei Vasiliev and activists of the “Forty Forty” movement for help. It is stated that Kirkorov may face up to four months in prison for causing minor bodily harm.
According to the singer’s lawyer, Alexander Dobrovinsky, an inspector came to Kirkorov immediately after the incident with the security guard. The artist discussed with him all the details of what happened, the parties reached an agreement.
According to Dobrovinsky, after the “naked” party of Nastya Ivleeva, they remembered the incident in order to denigrate the artist, but Kirkorov is still not in danger.
Previously Sergei Zhorin considered the possibility that Kirkorov could be held responsible for the conflict with the security guard.
