Also St. Petersburg is the most beautiful city in the world, where the most heartfelt, lyrical and honest stories are shot. I say this with a smile, of course, but it’s partly true – St. Shooting in St. Petersburg has always had a special meaning for me.

— The plot is based on the play of the same name by Alexander Volodin, whose script was shot for the wonderful films “Autumn Marathon” by Georgy Danelia and “Do not Part with Your Loved Ones” by Pavel Arsenov. How did you feel when you first read the script of the movie Blonde?

— Of course, encountering Volodin’s game at work is real happiness. Despite the rethinking of the play for modern times, our director Pavel Mirzoev still focused on Volodin and tried not to deviate from this text. We didn’t have to go too far: these topics are now so topical that the language is alive and real. Reading Volodin, you always feel close to his heroes.

— Tell us about your character Misha – who is this guy and why do you like him? Why did you want to play him?

“I guess I’m not the only one who wants to play a role like this.” Volodin is a St. George character, although it was modernly remade for the film. Petersburg classic. But the themes remain the same.

As for the content of the role, it was complex, deep and interesting for me. My hero, Misha, is a literature teacher who falls in love with the main character. It’s absolutely clear that the characters have a long history of relationships behind them; unsuccessful ones, speaking from my character’s point of view. Because he is hopelessly and devotedly in love and is the complete opposite of the main character. Misha is a closed person, introvert, experiencing a storm of emotions inside, but he does not show it. He is suffering and longing internally, and externally he is trying to hold on to life and find solid support.

— Which of your colleagues on set did you interact with the most? Have you made any new friends since filming Blonde?

“I had the chance to be present in front of the camera with my beautiful partner Daria Zhovner, who plays the main character. His energy and attention to a partner are invaluable. You play with Dasha, learn and understand what is happening to these heroes. In general, all this is very interesting. It seems to me that we have experienced a very important process of mutual exchange of experience and energy. I was incredibly happy to work with Dasha and make friends on these sets.

— Have there been any occasions throughout your career where you found a true friend on set?

— In every project, you find close people with whom you spend time, work, and do important work from morning to night. And if the result corresponds to the costs, this is another great happiness. It is very difficult for me to choose one – and God forbid, offend someone. The first thing that comes to mind is the wonderful artist Maxim Konovalov, with whom we became friends on the set of the TV series “Prelest” and spent a month and a half in the same trailer. We watched the World Cup, we were real enemies on camera, we became friends in life. We call each other often and meet up when the opportunity arises – it’s a very real friendship.

— Did you need to try anything new or learn any skills while filming “Blonde”? And overall, what was your experience with this project?

— On the set of the movie “Blonde,” I had to stand in front of the entire class at school and give them a lesson about Anna Karenina. For me, this wasn’t a completely new experience; On the contrary, it was forgotten. Each of us probably experienced the days of self-government in our schools, when high school students became teachers. And I was once a primary school English teacher. And here I taught literature on the set, it was an interesting and important experience for me.

— How do you cope with being away from your family when you participate in filming in Moscow and other regions? Are your wife and daughter coming to visit you, or do you come to St. Petersburg as often as possible? Are you trying to return to St. Petersburg?

— Of course, I come to St. Petersburg with my wife and daughter at every opportunity. I’m returning to Petersburg. Most of the time I shoot in Moscow – I go there only for work, I always tell myself that. They do not have the opportunity to travel with me because my husband is also an actor, he has his own work in the theater and other projects. Therefore, we need to be bored – we exchange photos, call each other, always try to stay in touch. I will go directly home as soon as possible.

— Tell us about the selection of the media football team “Pure Peter”. Why aren’t you on the team?

“Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I cannot fully participate in the matches of the Pure Petersburg team, but I follow the matches and of course support them. I believe that media football should give great impetus to the development of sports in our country. The team “Pure Peter” from St. He has already made a splash in St. Petersburg football. If I can go on the field and play at least one match for them, it will be a great happiness for me.

— On November 14, you participated in an amateur hockey match as part of the team of the movie “Hockey Dads”. How was it?

“For my friends Sergei Peregudov and Andrei Feskov, it was definitely a very happy day, which was the result of a long time shooting in the movie “Hockey Dads”. When Sergey and Andrey got into this movie, they started training, where they also invited their artist friends who love hockey. I was among them, and thanks to these trainings, I came to St. We founded the first acting hockey team in St. Petersburg.

And so, as a promotional campaign, the producers of “Hockey Dads” staged a friendly against hockey bloggers. I was invited and emotionally it was a real return to my hockey childhood. I am happy that we managed to win and had great emotions from the match. All the performers who took to the ice that day were true heroes of their craft and an example of what an actor can do for a new role in a movie.

— In recent years you have been closely associated with figure skating – the TV series The Last Axel, which had two successful seasons of Ice Age. Do you have any favorite skaters?

— I really immersed myself in figure skating. If you answer the question about your favorite skater, everything is very clear – these are my partners in the “Ice Age”. Tatiana Volosozhar’s victories with Maxim Trankov inspired and inspired me when I was still a student at the theater institute and watching the Olympics. Evgenia Medvedeva is a great athlete and a famous champion. And of course Ilya Averbukh is my real idol.

— Which is more difficult for you – performing in ice productions or on the theater stage?

— It is difficult to compare; these are similar elements, yet they have a different existence in the image. My job is easier in the theater because I learned and continue to learn when I get on stage. And getting on the ice with figure skaters is always an impromptu and even a feat for a non-professional. Still, I try to learn something new both here and there. To me, this combines acting on stage and on the ice.

— In “Ice Age” you urgently replaced Danya Milokhin and paired with Evgenia Medvedeva. Have you ever thought about quitting your job because of workload?

— I could not participate in that season, which was my second season, due to my busy schedule; At the same time, I was shooting the TV series “Precious”. However, conditions developed in such a way that we had to enter the project. I am grateful to Ilya Averbukh for his persistence and belief that everything will be fine with Zhenya and me. Thoughts of what wouldn’t work were literally running through my head. But it was the faith of his mentor Ilya Averbukh that helped him skate with Zhenya in an emergency and achieve a few more successes on the ice. We then continued skating in the show.

— Would you like to attend ice shows regularly?

“I really enjoy getting on the ice with my partners. It is a great pleasure for me to return to the Ice Age period. That’s why if they invite me to participate in a show, I never refuse.

— Zhenya recently interviewed Milokhin, where he said that he was going to watch “Ice Age” again. Do you think the hate towards Dani is fair, or could she be given a second chance?

— To be honest, I haven’t been following Dani Milokhin’s life lately, and I didn’t watch Zhenya’s interview with him either. I’m not ready to talk about Danya. But what Zhenya is doing, I can say with confidence about each of his new abilities and new events: it’s very cool. Zhenya tries and masters new professions, works as an expert, commentator and conducts interviews. In addition to being a great athlete, She is also a very talented person. I would be happy if Zhenya invited me to his program.

— If you are invited to “Ice Age” in future seasons, will you go?

– If they invite me to “Ice Age” again, I’ll be happy too. I don’t know if this will happen, but I am ready to compete again with great pleasure in Ilya Averbukh’s show.

— Does your daughter watch figure skating? How would you feel if he expressed his desire to become a figure skater or actor?

— I don’t know whether my daughter will be an actress or a figure skater. For example, I wouldn’t mind if he was a hockey player. This is also a great career for a girl. But he will choose it himself, and it is too early for him to think about it for now. He does not watch figure skating yet – his age does not allow him to understand the intricacies of this wonderful sport. But everything is ahead.

— Is your daughter currently attending any classes?

— My daughter goes to kindergarten and attends rock climbing classes there. This is what I can share for now. We’ll see if this becomes a career.

— The New Year holiday is approaching, tell us, are there any traditions in your family? Re-watching “Silver Skates” to get in the holiday spirit?

– Thank you for your nice suggestion – I think we can actually re-watch “Silver Skates” on New Year’s Eve or the “Nutcracker” cartoon in which I voiced the Nutcracker myself. In general, I try to practice my profession in a way that creates new traditions for my family. In general, the main tradition is that everyone gets together and sorts the pile of gifts that will definitely go under the tree on New Year’s Eve.
