Pop singer SHAMAN (real name Yaroslav Dronov) will perform his hit song “I am Russian” at the international music festival “Legends of Retro FM”. The organizers of the show informed socialbites.ca about this.
The nostalgic show, which will take place at VTB Arena in Moscow on November 25, will be SHAMAN’s special guest. The musician will perform with local and foreign idols from all generations at the country’s largest nostalgic festival.
“My mother is a big fan of Soviet and Russian pop music. Without this music, which is inextricably linked with the happy moments of our childhood and youth, it is impossible to imagine a family celebration, especially the New Year. I am proud to be part of such a great celebration!” – says Dronov, admitting that hit songs of the 70s, 80s and 90s are often played in his house.
Additionally, Vladimir Presnyakov, Gazebo, Masha Rasputina, “Dune” and Plazma groups will appear on “Legends of Retro FM” for the first time.
“SHAMAN’s creativity is a unique phenomenon in our music. This is an exceptional case when you can say about recently released songs that these are golden hits that will not lose their relevance over the years. We welcome the new participant of the “Legends of Retro FM” festival!” – says Dmitry Gabov, program director of Retro FM.
Also at the concert will be the hits of Pupo, Arabesque, Mikhail Shufutinsky, Joy, Fancy, Alexander Ivanov and the “Rondo” group, Lian Ross, Alexander Aivazov, the “Gems” group and others.
