Although in previous years work on the show began in the second half of the month, the shooting of the traditional New Year’s program “New Year’s Blue Light” will begin in the first half of November. This was reported by kp.ru.
According to the publication, the shooting process will take place from November 12 to December 1 at the Mosfilm studio. kp.ru notes that the early preparations were due to the fact that many TV channels are shooting music programs at the same time this month. The creators decided to make things easier for artists without further straining their already busy schedules.
Nikolay Rastorguev, Dmitry Kharatyan, Grigory Leps, Sergey Lazarev, Nonna Grishaeva, Polina Gagarina, Philip Kirkorov, Larisa Dolina, Vladimir Presnyakov and others will traditionally perform at Blue Light 2023 – 2024. The publication says that they took part in the project for free. The hosts of the New Year’s show will be Andrei Malakhov and Nikolai Baskov, other names have not been announced yet.
The filming of the program begins with the performers recording a number on the set, then wishing them a Happy New Year on camera, and then filming the clinking portion of glasses with the colleague closest to the program. In parallel, the recruitment of extras for “Blue Light” continues.
