The story tells how Andrei Frolov, the coach of a children’s hockey team from a provincial town, decides to demolish the only ice palace. To prevent this, Andrei needs to win the amateur hockey tournament. The fathers of the junior hockey players come to the coach’s aid and decide to take to the ice themselves and fight for their children’s future.
The main role was played by actor Alexey Bardukov (“Podolsk Cadets”). The artist admitted that he enjoyed immersing himself in the atmosphere of hockey and discovered this sport thanks to his hero. In addition to him, the cast included: Anya Chipovskaya, Mikhail Porechenkov, Yuri Chursin, Alexey Kravchenko, Alexander Oblasov, Daniil Vakhrushev, Polina Gagarina and others.
The director and screenwriter was Andrei Bulatov, who specifically described his project as motivating him to play hockey.
