“Vanka Novikov, one of the authors, called me. I tell him: “Why are you calling? I haven’t called for 10 years. What do you want?” He told me that a new series was planned, and I didn’t believe it either. But it’s okay, we gathered the survivors and we are shooting,” the actor recalled.
Kondratov added that he was one of the writers of the series “Happy Together” and therefore also helped write the script for the reboot.
