Montenegrin beautician Lidia Markovic won the sloth championship in Montenegrin Brezna by staying for 50 days. This was reported by Prva Srpska Televizija.
According to the championship rules, participants could do anything, but only lying down. They also had three 15-minute breaks during the day. Markovich said that during these breaks he washed his hair, took a shower and ran. In addition to Lidia, her compatriot Filip Knezevic also reached the final. In 2021, the prize for the competition was €300. According to the competition rules, participants had to lie on the blankets at the same time and not get up.
In 2018, residents of the city of Niksic, Milos Radulovic and Angela Dendic, as well as residents of Podgorica and Tivat, Milka Doderovic and Tivat Dijana, shared the title of the main lazy person after lying down for 49 hours. Lidija Marković is also a native of Nikšić.
