Rapper Vasily Vakulenko, known as Basta, said his conflict with colleague Decl, who went to court in 2017, was a sad story. The artist shared this in an interview with the YouTube project “Entrance”.
“I was in pain reading your comments about Scryptonite and everyone else. I made the mistake of just talking to him. Say: “Kiryuh, all this is done in vain. You cross the line.” Now I understand that I am really sorry that it happened. But nothing can be changed, ”said the musician.
Vakulenko added that he was always very warm to his colleague, adding that, according to Basta, his reaction to criticism from Decl was probably doubly painful for this reason.
The conflict between Decl and Basta arose after the first complaint about noise from the Vakulenko Gazgolder nightclub. He lived in the house next to the institution. After a while, musicians started getting things done in the public arena. In 2017, the Rostov-on-Don court received back 350 thousand rubles from Basta for various Twitter posts; in one of them, Vakulenko called his colleague a “hermaphrodite”.
