On September 28, the South Korean blockbuster Luna starring K-pop idol Do Kyung Soo will be released in Russian cinemas. This was reported to socialbites.ca by the press service of the Russian World Vision film company.
“I wanted to create a film that showed not only technical excellence, but emotional depth as well. “I believe Korean cinema has grown to stand out from many other space-themed films,” said project manager Kim Yong-hwa.
The plot unfolds in 2029 – a three-man mission is sent to the moon, but the station collapses due to a solar flare, and only the main character, played by Do Kyung Soo, survives. Saving the life of the only surviving astronaut becomes the main goal of the Korean Aerospace Research Institute and the government. The astronaut’s survival is closely watched by the public, and the former head of space flights from Earth tries to help the protagonist cope with natural disasters and return home safely.
Formerly Yuri Loza reportedinstead that singer SHAMAN “goes on TV”.
