All these years I have affectionately called him “The Boss” or “The Boss”, and at other times the traveler “Willi”. A tremendous gift for Alicante culture that we will never appreciate enough. I see her now with her hands behind her, fingering her ponytail. Sample Authors because it didn’t go well or because there was always a problem at the last minute. Or simply because it was “this was the last edition” – a couplet from the first invocations. And everyone around him knew that he would be at the foot of the canyon again the next year. Because Specimen was born by him and sustained by his patience, generosity and hard work. And because he’s that boss, another guy who always believes in what he’s doing. That’s why he chose to live the Spanish dramaturgy while no one gave a penny.
It leaves us an endless burden. In his backpack with the Terreta logo, he manages to consolidate his 29 years at the head of the Exhibition. He fought harder than anyone else to keep this country’s most important contemporary theater festival in Turkey. Alicante. Only a non-boss boss can perform this miracle. Behind it is the constant struggle to glorify the theater profession out of commitment and quest. He was an amazing person. A compassionate, honest and wise boss.
