Christian Bale refuses to play Batman cameo in new ‘Flash’ with Ezra Miller

Meeting with director Kevin Smith comic book Christian Bale, who portrayed Batman in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy, declined to star in The Flash alongside iconic superhero Ezra Miller.

Smith explained that the showrunners of the project had approached the actress multiple times with a request to perform a cameo. But Bale always turned them down because he didn’t want to play Batman unless Christopher Nolan was working on the movie.

In the film, Ezra Miller played Barry Allen, and his alter ego The Flash, Michael Keaton, and Ben Affleck appeared as different versions of Batman. In the story, Barry Allen travels back in time to save his family and risks the world. The movie also starred Michael Shannon as General Zod, Sasha Kalle as Kara Zor-El, and others. The director is Andres Muschietti.

The world premiere of the tape took place on June 14. Following The Flash preview, Warner Bros. Discovery’s David Zaslav praised the premiere.
