The Berlin Philharmonic Vrituoses Quintet takes the stage with a program featuring works by Barber, Bruno, Dvorak and Brahms at the Teatro Principal in Alicante on Tuesday, May 2, at 20:00.
This musical recital is especially dedicated to the Family Business Association (AEFA) in the province of Alicante and related family businesses, within the framework of the event program designed to commemorate the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Alicante Concert Ensemble. The Quintet consists of violinists Laurentius Dinca and Stephan Schulze, violist Ignacy Miecznikowski, cellist Stephan Giglberger and double bassist Stanislaw Pajak.
This chamber group (characterized by its warmth and timbre combined with great virtuosity), which was founded in 1993 by the famous musician Laurentius Dinca to spread quality music and enthusiasm, and which brought together the first music stands of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, is not uncommon in other quintet genres.
