Russian horror movie “Nowhere to run” will be screened at Panic Fest and Salem Horror Fest PM

The Russian short horror film “Nowhere to Run” (international title – “Dead end”) was included in the programs of the genre festivals Panic Fest (April 13-24) and Salem Horror Fest (April 20-30). This was announced on the Telegram channel “By Barch” by the director and screenwriter of the tape, Dima Barchenkov.

“It’s all incredible. I couldn’t even believe that it was possible to cover such a steep festival tour with a short outlet in Russian at such inconvenient timing: From Beyond Fest and London Short to Salem, ”the cinematographer wrote.

In total, “Nowhere to Run” was selected for the program of 16 festivals. The first screening of the tape took place in the summer of 2022 at the show Fantastic Zagreb in Croatia. The Russian premiere took place in December 2022 as part of Moscow HorrorFest.

According to the plot of the horror, a young man tries to escape from his abusive boyfriend, who is after the hero’s death.

The main character in “Nowhere to Run” was played by actor Svyatoslav Rogozhan, known from the TV series “Hard Youth”. Jan Tsapnik, star of The Last Minister, was cast in a cameo role. The film is produced by Vladislav Severtsev. (“Former”).

Previously It is reported that the Fifth Pilot series festival will be held in Ivanovo from 15 to 18 June 2023.
