Yugoslav and Serbian theater, film and television actress Branka Veselinovic died at the age of 104. “Moscow 24”.
Veselinovich was one of the oldest artists in the world. The actor has appeared in many performances and dozens of movies and TV shows throughout his professional career. Veselinović appeared in the American-Yugoslav version of Mel Brooks’ 12 Chairs and the Yugoslav-Italian version of The Master and Margarita.
The actor was born on September 16, 1918. It has been a member of the Yugoslav Drama Theater troupe since its foundation in 1947. According to Tamara Vuckovic Manoilovich, director of the cultural institution, the actress was the last member of the original group.
The director of the theater emphasized that Veselinović lives a unique life, does humanitarian work and dedicates himself to art.
