At the end of the farewell ceremony, Shadrin’s funeral will be held in the Great Church of the Ascension at Nikitsky Gate. Then the general director of the Chekhov Festival bury Troekurovsky cemetery.
Shadrin died on December 3, at the age of 83, after a long illness. Shadrin became the owner of many domestic and foreign awards – his merits were noted in China, Japan, England and other countries. In France, Shadrin was awarded a knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, the Order “Officer of the Academic Palm Branch” and the Legion of Honor.
