The Sberbank pavilion at VDNKh has been recognized with an award for its role in shaping a distinctive exhibition at the international showcase and forum “Russia.” The announcement came from the Sber press service.
The accolade was presented by Sergei Kiriyenko, the First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration, underscoring the pavilion’s prominence within the event’s program.
Through the VDNKh exhibit, Sber highlights how its products and services have consistently enhanced the daily lives of customers and contributed to the broader modernization of the country over many years. The display maps a journey from historical operations to contemporary offerings, illustrating sustained customer value and national impact.
The exhibition comprises ten halls, each devoted to a distinct theme. Visitors can explore the evolution of the office, discover Sber’s home and health solutions, engage in interactive experiences, and attend a range of lectures that illuminate the bank’s approach to service and innovation.
All installations in the pavilion are designed to engage multiple senses. A central feature is the phygital concept, which blends physical and digital elements to create the most immersive experience possible. This approach reflects a broader industry shift toward seamless integration of tangible and virtual environments in customer interactions.
The multimedia content across the pavilion is driven by Sber’s AI technologies, including the GigaChat service and the Kandinsky neural network, among others. These tools power interactive demonstrations, personalized storytelling, and data-informed insights that enhance visitor understanding of Sber’s capabilities.
The international exhibition and forum “Russia” at VDNKh is scheduled to continue through April 12, 2024. The event marks a milestone not seen since the Soviet era, with pavilions hosting cultural, entertainment, business events, concerts, and educational programs that reflect a broad spectrum of national interests and creative expression.
