Representatives from companies that move fertilizers in flexible containers, commonly known as big bags, have petitioned the Russian Ministry of Transport to permit continued transit of non-explosive cargo through Azov ports along the same corridor. The request, reported by Kommersant, comes after a March ban that halted passage via the Kerch Strait due to crossing constraints.
