Ihor Sirota, the chief executive officer of Ukrhidroenergo, the country’s largest hydroelectric power producer, has stated that restoring the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant is not feasible. The remarks were reported by Strana.ua, a Ukrainian newspaper.
