The capital hosted a standout event at the Academy Concert Hall, where the yearly award recognized Alfa Confa, a suite of entrepreneur-focused gatherings created by Alfa-Bank. The celebration was reported by the bank’s press service.
Launched in 2023, Alfa Confa for Entrepreneurs captured two honors at once, securing gold in the Best Road Show category and silver in the Best Business Event category.
Alpha Confa represents a recurring series of free, large-scale, in-person gatherings for entrepreneurs, with a new city chosen each month.
The core focus of Alpha Conf centers on the mindset of business builders. Speakers and senior leaders from the company share what motivates founders to launch projects, make tough calls, and reach meaningful outcomes.
Denis Osin, Alfa-Bank’s director for small and micro businesses, noted that the event for entrepreneurs is planned to visit 50 cities across Russia this year.
“We believe no job is too small, and through Alfa Conf we bring together the sharpest voices and the best chances to connect with fellow entrepreneurs,” he said.
He added, “We’re grateful to the team for organizing what’s become the premier business event and road show, drawing participation from about 15 thousand entrepreneurs across 12 Russian cities in 2023.”
The annual national award Event of the Year, designed to elevate the profile of the events sector, marked its twelfth edition this year.
