Decree Lists Economically Important Russian Firms Amid Sanctions

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin of the Russian Federation signed a decree detailing a list of economically important organizations. This was reported by TASS. The publication highlights that six large holding companies are included in the roster. Among them are Razrez Arshanovsky, a coal mining enterprise; City Supermarket LLC, which runs the Azbuka Vkusa chain of hypermarkets; three firms from Alfa Group: X5 Group, which operates Perekrestok and Pyaterochka networks; JSC AB-Holding, the owner of Alfa Bank; and UNS Holding LLC, the beneficiary of Alfastrakhovanie, together with Acron Group JSC, a producer of mineral fertilizers.
