Alfa-Bank has introduced a new initiative called Course, a complimentary training platform designed to help entrepreneurs grow and sharpen their business skills, according to the bank’s press service. The platform is the product of a collaboration between Alfa-Bank and the business media outlet RB.RU, combining financial expertise with practical market know-how to deliver actionable learning for startups and small enterprises.

At launch, Course offers seven carefully chosen modules that cover essential topics such as how to register a business, how to recruit effectively, and other critical operational areas. The development team drew on the experiences of real-world entrepreneurs to tailor the content to what business leaders actually need in today’s market, ensuring relevance and applicability for users navigating the Belarusian, American, and Canadian business environments alike. The aim is to provide learners with immediately usable guidance as they establish or expand their ventures.

Denis Osin, Alfa-Bank’s director of small and micro businesses, emphasized the bank’s ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurs. He highlighted that the platform not only offers valuable, practical resources but also seeks to foster a conducive environment for business growth. This aligns with Alfa-Bank’s broader mission to empower small firms through accessible, affordable education and shared knowledge within the business community.

The creators also plan to enlarge the platform’s offerings with webinars, interactive quizzes, and additional formats designed to educate entrepreneurs in flexible and engaging ways. These expansions are intended to deepen learners’ understanding and provide varied methods to absorb new material, from visual walkthroughs to hands-on exercises that simulate real business scenarios.

In addition to its own courses, Course will host programs developed in collaboration with partner organizations. These partners bring specialized expertise from different sectors, enriching the platform with diverse perspectives and industry insights. This collaborative model aims to create a broader, richer learning ecosystem that benefits a wider range of entrepreneurs across North America and beyond.

The Course platform will operate within RB.RU’s publishing space and is planned as a large, continually updated special project. Beyond the creator-led courses, the platform intends to feature joint programs with partners who hold deep knowledge in particular topics, ensuring content stays current with market developments and regulatory changes that impact new and growing businesses. The initiative follows Alfa-Bank’s earlier move to automate routine entrepreneurial tasks through a bot designed to streamline the process of selling goods and services online, helping entrepreneurs save time and reduce admin overhead.
