About 8 billion rubles will be allocated to the Industrial Development Fund (IDF), 4 billion will be directed by the Russian authorities to small and medium-sized chemistry programs.
In addition, 2 billion rubles will be allocated for additional financing for the development of equipment for LNG production. The government will also send about 5.5 billion rubles to the Kaliningrad region to support investment projects and create new jobs.
