At the same time, analysts noted that on an annual basis, the increase in housing prices in the country slowed down for the third month in a row. In July 2022, the cost increased by 15.8% compared to July 2021.

Experts predict that the growth rate of real estate prices in the USA will fall to 3.8% by July next year.
