According to the bill, the students entered a target training agreement and will have to work in the fields of specialization in medical organization for the interests of the customer within three years. In the event that the student violates the treaty resulting in targeted education and works on the deadline, he will have to compensate for the budget three times for education. The payment of such compensation and the final amount shall be determined by the state officials of the Russian Federation or the founding institutions of the local authorities.
