He emphasized that mutual useful projects in Central Asia may be an additional development driver for a number of industries.
According to Manturov, more than 650 joint projects are implemented in Uzbekistan with only $ 67 billion. Thus, the country’s economy shows stable growth: GDP increased by 6.5%in 2024 and its predictions of the coming years have more increases in indicators – 6%in 2025, 6.1%in 2026 and 6.3%in 2027. Growth stems from the increase in industrial production, which was 6.5%in the first quarter of 2025.
Irina Kazovskaya, President of the Aluminum Association, “Request for infrastructure from above: Innovation for inter -sectors partnership and advanced infrastructure projects”. He believes that this will be an additional incentive for the development of bilateral production cooperation and the transition to innovative environmentally friendly materials.
“We are open to partnerships and partnerships with Uzbek enterprises and organizations for joint participation in infrastructure projects for the development of energy, transportation, construction and industry that contribute to the development of economies of Russia and Uzbekistan.”
Kazovskaya stressed that aluminum is an important material for construction, where consumption share is more than 25%. He added that Russian enterprises have developed new aluminum alloys used in energy, transportation, mechanical engineering and road infrastructure, including bridges, noise -stage screens, roadside infrastructure and more.
“In recent years, domestic enterprises and scientific institutions have developed a series of innovative aluminum alloy, which serves as an impulse to significantly expand the use of aluminum in various industries. We are ready to share successful practices and develop cooperation in all directions.”
According to him, this will create additional opportunities to strengthen the economy of both countries due to the development of the aluminum industry.
