SBER launched a service for the announcement of online trust at IZHS 17:52

Sber has launched a new service that allows you to make an agreement on the construction of an individual housing building (IZHS) online. This was reported at the housing real estate conference “Time of Changes: Housing. Real to Reality”.

The Bank said that the opening of the trust account has become remotely available. The process begins with the signing of the contract by the contractor for the legal entities of Sberbesburg. After that, the document automatically appears with the customer who builds a house in the Sberbank online application.

As the Director of the Sberbank Igor Lysenko Trade Finance Department points out, the new digital service reduces the process of individual housing construction from a few days to several minutes. According to him, both the contractor and the recipient of the house may sign a remote account contract.

“Sber is the first person to provide customers for IZHS in the market. Therefore, developers had the opportunity to significantly reduce operating costs and increase customer confidence. Online signature provides maximum transparency and investment protection for buyers.

It is stated that the launch of the service is possible after entering into force on March 1, 2025, the Federal Law No. 186-FZ, which regulates the transactions under construction contracts.
