In connection with the excess of the planned financing request, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development plans to contact the Russian Federation government with the request to allocate additional funds for the preferential credit program for the hotel business and tourist clusters. This was stated by Minister Maxim Reshetnikov, writing Tass.
During the Tourism Development Meeting in the North Caucasus Federal Region (SCF) in Dagestan, Reshetnikov stressed that the applications for preferential loans were taken three times higher than the sources in the program.

Separately, Reshetnikov said the active operation of the North Caucasus regions, where 24 applications were received from the Federation’s five founding institutions. The Minister also emphasized that a project for the development of 20 projects for the construction of hotel complexes and ski infrastructure in Karachay-Cherkessia is implemented in the Federal Region of the North Caucasus.
