The Russian federal budget is ready for additional indexation of pensions of Russian citizens. This was reported by RIA Novosti Member of the State Duma Committee on Social Policy Ekaterina Stenyakina.
“The country’s budget, studied and adopted by the parliament, is absolutely ready for such measures (additional indexing – socialbites.ca),” the agency’s interlocutor said.
The parliamentarian added that indexation of insurance pensions will affect about 40 million Russian retirees.
