On Saturday, September 7, Gazprom reduced the volume of gas supplies to Europe via Ukraine to 42.1 million cubic meters per day. This is what it says TASS with reference to the holding’s data.
The energy carrier is pumped through the Sudzha gas metering station. At the same time, the Ukrainian side once again rejected the request for passage through the Sokhranovka GIS.
The volume of gas pumped along the route the day before also reached 42.3 million cubic meters per day.
The agreement between Ukraine’s Naftogaz and Gazprom on the transit of Russian gas to Europe expires at the end of this year. At the end of August, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky statedKyiv will not renew this agreement. Analysts to thinkEuropean countries are still not ready to stop gas supplies from the Russian Federation.
