Wildberries customers complain about service unavailability

Wildberries users have faced a large-scale failure in the market. According to the site Down detectorRussians cannot open the site, place an order, or even see the product.

The largest number of complaints came from Moscow and mainly affected the European part of the Russian Federation. Statistics show that 47% of complaints were related to the site’s operation, 45% to ordering, and another 32% of users complained about glitches in the application.

Users are also reporting issues with replenishing and viewing their personal account balances.

“Is everything ok with Wildberry? I can’t open my finances in the app, the browser is absolutely terrible, there are items in the delivery that I bought a week ago and when I open the receipts it says there is nothing,” one customer wrote.
