Russians received 2.95 million microloans in July, 1% more than the number of loans issued a month earlier. This was reported by TASS According to data from the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBKI).
Last month, residents of Moscow and the Moscow region were the most active in applying for microcredit. By the end of last month, they had used 167.2 thousand and 141.1 thousand loans, respectively. In third place are residents of the Krasnodar Territory with 113.5 thousand people.
The top 5 in terms of the volume of microloans issued were the Sverdlovsk region (99.6 thousand) and the Republic of Bashkortostan (96.8 thousand).
“After the decline in June, microcredit issuance stabilized in July and actually returned to the minimum values of the second half of last year. This is largely explained by the regulator’s actions aimed at cooling the microfinance market,” commented NBKI marketing director Alexey Volkov.
Before this in Russia recorded Reducing the share of loans made to over-leveraged borrowers.
Previously, Russian banks started tighten corporate credit conditions.
