The Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai was illuminated for several minutes in honor of Tinkoff Bank’s rebranding and name change to T-Bank. At the same time as the Burj Khalifa, the Ostankino Tower was shining.

As T-Bank Chairman Stanislav Bliznyuk noted, currently new challenges have become the bank’s new long-term strategy. He said international development is important.

“We know we will eventually scale in international markets. Therefore, we have been looking for a new voice for our brand for a really long time, including this paradigm, relevant to the development of our business in recent years,” he said in an interview with the Vedomosti newspaper.

Previously reportedHe said that Russian bank Tinkoff has rebranded and changed its name to T-Bank. The website and mobile application were updated during the rebranding. All legal names, card and ATM designs and envelope design will then be changed.

It is noted that the visual style and brand identity will not change. However, the T logo with shield was updated in February 2024 and remains valid.
