The European Union may ban four media organizations from broadcasting in the EU as part of new sanctions against Russia. This was reported by Bloomberg.
Earlier, European Commission Vice President Vera Zhurova said that the EU would impose sanctions on the Voice of Europe website, as well as Rossiyskaya Gazeta, RIA Novosti and Izvestia, which it sees as responsible for spreading the pro-Russian agenda.
“We do not recognize them as media, they are just Putin’s propaganda tools,” he said.
