“First of all, plan your budget in advance. First, determine the amount of mandatory expenses: utilities, telephone, internet, school, kindergarten, loan obligations, etc. Payment for funds that cannot be used for other purposes. If possible, I recommend regularly allocating 10% of your income to savings,” says Natalya Belova, Deputy General Manager, Director of Market Management at Rosgosstrakh Life Insurance Company.

After that, the expert recommends planning expenses for gifts, holidays and treats.

“Place your priorities based on prices in the online store. Use discounts, promotions, cashback services. Make a limited shopping list. “Don’t get distracted by unnecessary things in the store,” adds Belova.

Also, the expert advises before each purchase to carefully think about whether this purchase is important for you and whether it is possible to find an equivalent cheaper.
