There was a 13% increase in the demand for commercial building rental in Russia compared to the beginning of 2023. This is discussed in a study by online marketing academy MAED; A copy is available on socialbites.ca.
According to the research, the warehouse space segment showed the largest growth; demand for it increased by 28%. Rents for industrial facilities increased by 25%, and interest in offices increased by 21%.
The only real estate types that lost popularity among tenants were catering businesses (-6%) and commercial properties (-2%). But offices still rank ahead of public catering and warehouses as the most popular job sites. Commercial and industrial facilities are in the top five.

This not only reflects the confidence of entrepreneurs in the economy, but also indicates the expansion of production, the creation of new jobs and an increase in trade turnover,” say MAED experts.
According to analysts, the recovery in demand for commercial real estate is a reliable indicator of the improving business environment in the country.
