The prosecutor’s office insists on the invalidation of the agreement dated October 19, 2022, according to which Yuri Antipov was released from debts to the state in the amount of more than 25.8 billion rubles in exchange for the return of state funds and interest on them. The Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office believes that there is no economic justification for forgiving such a significant debt and that it was carried out in a way that would harm the public interest.
