According to the company’s website, Polar Bear Days as part of the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” will be held from February 27 to March 3 at the Rosneft pavilion.
It was noted that at the opening of the themed days at VDNKh, representatives of Rosneft, the Wildlife Society and the Yekaterinburg Zoo will talk about the company’s scientific projects to study bioindicator animals in the Arctic.
Additionally, in the pavilion’s cinema hall, the VII Film Festival will be held in Krasnoyarsk. The award ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian children’s literary contest “Arctic Star – Umka” will be broadcast. More than 2,000 works from all regions of Russia and abroad were submitted to the competition. The company acted as general partner of the competition.

Visitors will also be taught about the ecology of Northern Russia and the latest biotechnologies based on Arctic microorganisms. Master classes will also be held where guests will be taught to draw a bear.
In turn, on March 3, World Wildlife Day, representatives of the company’s Arctic Research Center will talk about a new program to study the biodiversity of Arctic ecosystems, as well as upcoming expeditions in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. next 4 years.
