Japan has banned the export of five more categories of goods to Russia. There are now 50 items in the list, reports RIA News.
The list of goods prohibited for export is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.
The Ministry said that the list was updated according to the results of analysis and detection of parts used in Russian weapons used in Ukraine.
Restrictions included electronic parts for integrated circuits and transistors, radios and cameras, and equipment and machinery for their development and production.
So far, there are five major product divisions on the list. It now has a sixth section called “CNC Machines”, which consists of five items: machining centers, horizontal and other CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and parts for various types of machines.
