Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said that steel production in Russia increased by 5.3%. This was reported by TASS.

“Our steel producers have overcome the negative trends in 2022 by increasing their production by 5.3%,” the Minister said.

He added that the growth in production was mainly due to increased sales in the domestic market due to construction and infrastructure projects.
