The company’s top executive noted that Sber radically optimizes the internal processes of insurance companies, implements a number of solutions based on artificial intelligence, and also interacts with government agencies and the government services portal.

“As a result, SberLife Sigorta makes payments to its customers within 5 calendar days. Previously, the average time from application submission to payment receipt was 30 calendar days. “The goal for 2026 is to increase this time to 5 minutes,” said Ruslan Vesterovsky.

He also announced that customers of SberInsurance’s program to protect funds in their accounts and cards will receive payment within 30 minutes. Previously, this period was 6 days. The payment period for accident insurance programs has been halved; The average was reduced from 6 days to 3 days.

Payment of losses under compulsory motor liability insurance at SberStrakhovanie now takes 6 days instead of 8, thanks to the automatic recognition system of the European protocol and the simplified procedure for resolving insurance claims.

According to him, if the incident meets certain criteria, the “green corridor” is triggered. Currently, SberStrakhovanie processes 60% of all applications for compulsory traffic insurance under this scheme.

“SberInsurance systematically simplifies the submission of claims for insured events. Today, 56% of all requests from SberInsurance’s private customers are made through the mobile application of the same name. SberLife Insurance has also added the ability to report an insured event on the company’s website. The online assistant allows you to apply for payment in a few minutes,” concluded Ruslan Vesterovsky.
