In 2023, customers processed 21 million transactions for non-financial services at Sber offices. This is almost 2 times more than a year ago, the bank’s press service reported.
The fastest growing services were receiving orders placed through Megamarket and installing the SberBank Online application on the smartphone.
The company also noted that customers began to come for coffee more often: during the year, visitors drank 1.5 million cups at Sber offices.
Additionally, Sberbank also reported that the company has launched a number of new services that are gaining popularity in 2023.
So, in Sber city offices you can print and copy documents, and in some regions you can buy Troika transport cards, SIM cards, plane and railway tickets, apply for tax deductions, use the secure trading service. You can buy a car and get help finding a job, arrange services for the self-employed, provide advice on housing and community services, and much more.
According to Tatyana Galkina, Senior Vice President of Sberbank’s Sales Network block, last year was a significant year in the development of non-financial services in the company’s offices: new services were created and the geography of services was expanded.
“In this way, we have greatly demonstrated to our customers that Sber is not just about finance. You can solve many different problems with us. We create the philosophy “If you don’t know where to start, ask Sberbank.” Development of non-financial services is also an element of this philosophy,” said Sber’s top executive.
