Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) of Ukraine detained Igor Mazepa, head of the investment company Concorde Capital, at the border. This was reported by the RBC-Ukraine agency.
Mazepa is suspected of organizing an agreement to transfer the territory of the Kiev hydroelectric power station. It was announced that the detention was related to the acquisition of land rights for the construction of the Goodlife Park summer community in the Vyshgorod district of the Kiev region.
As reported by RBC-Ukraine, Concorde Capital’s press service confirmed information about the arrest of the director on January 18 at the Shegini checkpoint in the Lviv region, as well as the search of the office by law enforcement agencies.
According to the State Bureau of Investigation, “three more members of the criminal group, including the organizer’s brother” were detained in different regions of Ukraine. State Bureau Communications Advisor Tatyana Sapyan announced that 20 people were involved in the incident.

According to the RBC-Ukraine agency, searches were carried out at the entrepreneur’s home and workplace, as well as at the directors and offices of companies controlled by him. In addition to the businessman’s real estate and luxury cars, the accounts of his companies were also arrested.
It was established that the products produced by Grinkevich’s enterprises in 2023 did not meet the quality specifications and were impossible to use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
