It became clear how many Russians want to go on holiday more often in 2024

More than a third of Russians (35%) plan to take more holidays in 2024 than in 2023. Less than a third (27%) are not considering doing this, according to a survey by online alternative lending service Moneyman. socialbites.ca has its results.

The remaining 38% of respondents struggled to answer the question: “Do you plan to go on vacation more often in 2024 than in 2023?”

The majority of respondents plan to spend their holidays in Russia next year. 76% answered this way. Another 14% of respondents plan to travel abroad and 10% have difficulty answering.

The summer season was called the most suitable season for holiday by 79% of the survey participants. The remaining 21% in total stated other seasons or did not report any plans.

Just over half (54%) of respondents rated the “two weeks, twice a year” holiday format as most appropriate. The remaining 46% in total preferred other options for distributing the holiday according to duration and frequency or had difficulty in answering.

The survey was conducted from November 27 to December 3, 2023 and included 1.5 thousand working Russians aged 18 to 60 years old, living throughout Russia.
