At the “Alfa Talk: Market Trends – DFAs and IPOs” conference organized by Alfa-Bank, current issues in the field of digital financial assets (DFAs) and initial public offerings (IPOs) were discussed by leading experts and industry leaders happened. During the conference, participants reviewed trends in the financial market (digital financial instruments and IPOs). At the event, the main indicators of the economy, scenarios for the development of the capital market, products, liquidity, price parameters, requirements for issuers and IPO and DPT execution practices, interaction with investors after the sale of shares, real successful examples of digital investment funds and public offerings, as well as business growth points .
Additionally, within the scope of the conference, meetings were held with Kaspersky Lab, IDF Eurasia, IVA Technologies, Selectel, Sokolov, Tavros Group, MFK Seimer and Sovcombank, which are possible candidates for public offering in the medium term.

According to Artem Terekhov, Deputy Director of the Financial Market Infrastructure Department of the Central Bank, after the launch of the first DFAs the main advantages of this instrument became clear – flexibility in the design of rights approved by DFAs, speed of issuance, automatic transfer of liabilities assigned to DFAs fulfillment.
“Today we are seeing an increasing trend in the number of digital financial investment placements aimed at meeting business needs. The regulator’s task is to improve market regulation, taking into account the interests of issuers and investors, and at the same time help increase the liquidity of an instrument such as DFA,” Artem Terekhov noted.
Digital financial services are one of the most discussed topics in Russian fintech, according to Vladimir Voeikov, head of large and medium-sized businesses at Alfa-Bank.
“A new market is opening before our eyes. During the year, its total volume increased to 58 billion, the number of issues increased to 198, and the number of information system operators increased to 10,” Voeikov said.
He emphasized that this interest is due to the fact that DFAs provide new advantages to traditional market participants: Simplicity, instant payments, low operational risks and costs, as well as a secondary market for transactions open to all investors 24/7.
“The market is just gaining momentum and we are pleased to unite the market by enabling a lively dialogue between participants,” he concluded.
