The main principle of Sber’s new development strategy until 2026 is human orientation supported by artificial intelligence. This was stated by Alexander Vedyakhin, the first deputy chairman of the board of directors of Sberbank.
In an interview with Rossiya 24 TV channel, he explained how the new principle will be applied when working with corporate clients. According to him, behind every company there is an entrepreneur, his managers and employees who work, spend their time and energy for success, have their own goals and strive to achieve them.
Vedyakhin emphasized that Sber will help them achieve their goals. “As Sber, we can help everyone behind the company achieve their goals. We will help the owner develop the business. “We will reduce the management routine and help them spend more time on strategy and decisions that increase the value of the business and ultimately earn more bonuses,” he said.
According to him, Sber will help every employee be more productive.
