The Ministry noted that such a fee must be economically justified and proportionate to the actual costs incurred by the carrier. The airline is now required to calculate and approve within 30 days a single amount of the fare charged to the passenger, based on economically justified costs, in the event of a change in the terms of the contract of carriage.
It was announced that Pobeda announced to the FAS that it is ready to establish a single fee of 800 rubles for changes to the full name of customers. Now, regulations are being made in the company’s regulations for this purpose.
