From May 2024, the excise duty on sparkling wines and wine drinks will increase to 141 rubles per liter. In 2025, the tax will increase to 147 rubles, and in 2026 to 153 rubles.
The document states that the increase will start on May 1, not January 1.
At the same time, starting from January 1, 2024, it is planned to increase the special consumption tax rates on tobacco products and tobacco, including those consumed by heating, by 3% compared to previously determined rates and then be indexed in 2025-2026. .
