The Russian Council of Ministers approved the indices of changes in housing and communal services fees in the regions of Russia and the maximum permissible deviations from their values ​​for individual municipalities for 2024-2028. This was reported by TASS referring to the relevant government order.

“Approve the indices of changes in the amount of payments made by citizens for public services,” the explanatory note reads.

According to the document, starting from the second half of next year, the average index of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will vary depending on the specific region. Thus, in the capital this rate is 11%, in the Moscow region it is 10.7%, in St. In St. Petersburg it will be 9.8%. In addition, the housing and communal services index will be 10.2% in the Leningrad region, 14% in the Omsk region, and 4% in Khakassia.

According to the material notes, the maximum permissible deviations in individual municipalities in 2025-2028 will be set in the range of 0% to 2.1%.
